Statement on the Next Phase of the Unconstitutional Impeachment Trial
President Donald J. Trump's legal team issued the following statement regarding the next phase of the unconstitutional impeachment trial:
President Trump and his counsel are pleased that there was bipartisan support on how to structure the impeachment trial. We appreciate that Senate Republican leadership stood strong for due process and secured a structure that is consistent with past precedent. This process will provide us with an opportunity to explain to Senators why it is absurd and unconstitutional to hold an impeachment trial against a private citizen.

The Italian Vicit Leo association, an organisation whose members are specialists operating in the fields of law, natural science, and ethics, has announced that it has filed criminal complaints with the Court of Rome against the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, and against representatives of the Technical Scientific Committee and the Higher Institute of Health. The association, which is closely associated with Monsignor Carlo Maria Viganò, accuses Speranza and others of very serious crimes committed during the COVID-19 emergency.
Vicit Leo had intended also to pursue criminal charges against directors and employees of the World Health Organisation operating in Italy but the WHO, a United Nations body, is claiming diplomatic immunity for its employees.
In July 2020 Vicit Leo hosted a press conference in Rome entitled 'Delenda WHO' (The WHO must be destroyed). Journalists from the Italian State broadcaster RAI were present at the event and later began their own investigation based on evidence presented by conference speakers. The result of their investigation aired in a major TV documentary at the end of November called 'La consapevole foglia di fico'.
Following this documentary and presumably in light of Vicit Leo preparing to pursue criminal charges against the 'Health Dictatorship', a number of people who work in various capacities alongside Vicit Leo have suffered dawn raids, and general harassment and intimidation, from the police and other official bodies on spurious grounds.
The documentary 'La consapevole foglia di fico' can be accessed here: https://www.rai.it/programmi/report/inchieste/Il-parafulmine-a7d91226-ac48-408b-bb43-35ef5992817b.html
America has endured the worst public health crisis in a century, 70 million claims for unemployment, trillions of dollars in borrowed “stimulus,” civil unrest, a belligerent communist China, convoys of illegal immigrants on their way to the border, which begs the question what exactly is the priority of the Biden administration?
Apparently, impeaching the former president in an attempt to divide the GOP by splintering the MAGA and establishment Republicans, while simultaneously signing a record number of presidential executive orders is.

Crisis Hits America’s Seminary at the Vatican and New York Archdiocese
Shocking Clerical Sexual Misconduct and Cover-Up Exposed in Major Lawsuit
NEW YORK, February 3, 2021 An explosive $125 million Complaint was filed in a lawsuit on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 by Manhattan attorney Raymond W. Belair of Belair & Associates P. C. in New York State Supreme Court on behalf of former seminarian Anthony Gorgia. The lawsuit names New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan; the Archdiocese of New York; the Pontifical North American College (NAC), the U.S. seminary in Vatican City; the NAC rector, Illinois-priest Father Peter Harman; the NAC vice-rector, Washington D.C.-priest Father Adam Park; and others as shocking allegations of clerical misconduct and cover-up are revealed in graphic detail.
A press-release video explaining the lawsuit is available at: https://youtu.be/2k_C6Ij2-9U
A press-release video explaining the lawsuit is also available in Italian at: https://youtu.be/G2C6f21xdvA
The Complaint can be accessed at:
In addition to alleging misconduct toward subordinates on the part of Fathers Park and Harman, both of whom have ties to disgraced and accused-predator U.S. bishops; the lawsuit recounts reprisals Gorgia suffered as a result of not being complicit with misconduct by the vice-rector. The lawsuit also implicates Cardinal Dolan in a massive cover-up for these defendants and a career-long pattern of covering up abuse and retaliating against whistleblowers.
While Boston’s Cardinal Seán O’Malley and other U.S. bishops responded by reporting the accusations against Dolan and NAC officials to the Washington-based Apostolic Nuncio as early as May of 2020, it appears that the Vatican is covering up the bombshell allegations about to be exposed.
Gorgia is only one of hundreds of other seminarians retaliated against for not being complicit with misconduct permeating their seminaries. Until today, many of these seminarians left quietly without ever revealing what they suffered. Gorgia and his attorneys become among the first to hold accountable Church leaders who have victimized seminarians through a landmark case-in-the-making.
As scandalous revelations surround America’s Vatican-based seminary and the New York Archdiocese, many closeted bishops and priests about to be named may be outed, with graphic descriptions of gay clerical sex contained in the evidence that has been compared by some to the shocking details of abuse of minors found in the 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury Report.
While Spotlight achieved colossal results by exposing clerical abuse of minors, experts are confident that the lawsuit filed today marks the beginning of “Spotlight-II,” with scores of victimized seminarians and priests about to come forward with overwhelming accounts that will shatter the long-standing “culture of silence.”

LANDMARK legal decision declared that regional containment policies – including lockdowns, social distancing, prohibitions on gatherings by family or friends) are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The judge called the lockdowns a “catastrophically wrong political decision with dramatic consequences for almost all areas of people’s lives.”
The judge ruled that the government violated the “inviolably guaranteed human dignity” under basic German law. This momentous, affirmative, liberating decision was handed down by a court of law in Weimar, Germany -- the city whose name was adopted by the first German republic: 1919—1933, until it was overturned by the Nazi regime.
Hundreds of thousands of German people have demonstrated throughout the summer and fall of 2020, some protesters compared their struggle to anti-Nazi resistance; which led Germany’s Foreign Minister Heiko Maas to bristle.
Forensic analysis of official data convinced the court that the epidemic situation that was used to justify the lockdown laws does not exist. The judge ruled that the government lacked sufficient legal grounds to impose the restrictions since there was no “epidemic situation of national importance.” He declared that the measures were an attack on the “foundations of our society.”
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, the lawyer who initiated the first German and American complaints and procedures stated:
“We consider this judgment to be extraordinary and of fundamental importance. It is transferable to all violations of Covid19 measures. It is also transferable to the current Renewed Containment and all applicable coronavirus regulations. Because the “numbers of cases” are decreasing, as are patients in intensive care units! The judge confirms this with an excellent demonstration.”
The battle over government dictatorial overreach and the assault on the rights and dignity of citizens in a democracy will be won in the courts of law.
The decision has been described by German media as “politically explosive”!

Remnant Comment: An international news blackout seems to be in full force as patriots in Germany, Poland, Italy, the UK and all across Europe are engaging in massive protests and even civil disobedience against lockdowns even the WHO now admits are causing spikes in poverty levels such as the world has never seen.
Where’s CNN on all this? I mean, this seems like a pretty big news story. Hundreds of thousands of people rising up against COVID restrictions all across the world and nothing but crickets from FOX and CNN?
And come to think of it, people are rising up against vaccinations, too. Which is kind of strange since if COVID were really so deadly, wouldn't the mass protests be all about not enough vaccines, rather than too many closed bars and restaurants? Too many closed schools? To many closed churches?
And while I'm thinking of it, if COVID were so deadly would they really need to force us to test for it? Wouldn't the mere threat of contracting COVID be motivation enough, especially as the bodies of our loved ones began piling up around us?
Maybe that’s the problem: Not enough bodies piling up around us. After a year of hysteria, we all know way too many COVID survivors, most of whom treated the thing at home and with a bottle of Tylenol.
What's going on here?
It’s almost as if powerful forces are using fear of a fairly mild virus to usher in a new globalist regime--some kind of a cockamamie green reset of the world economy--which would abolish borders, private poverty, economic independence, the nation state, small business, capitalism (at least as it was defined before "stakeholder capitalism" landed) and just about everything else associated with the old normal.
But, of course, that can't be... since that would be the so-called New World Order, which everyone knows is just a lot of tinfoil-hat crazy talk.
Shame on you Germany! You of all people should understand the need not to overreact when the State starts telling you what to do.
Let's go back to sleep, America! The media and the "experts" got this. They're all about one thing: Keeping. Us. SAFE!
If we just mask up and lock down for just a little while longer, we can slow the spread, save Grandma and flatten the curve. The Culture of Death is just trying to keep us alive.
So, hop up into that cattle car and don't ask questions. It'll all be over soon.
By the way, #ToHellWithCOVID
Father Z has been removed from the Madison, Wisconsin diocese for conducting a livestream exorcism relating to the recent presidential election.
According to a St. Paul Pioneer Press report:
"The Diocese of Madison said it and the Rev. John Zuhlsdorf reached a mutual decision on his departure. Zuhlsdorf will relocate from the diocese 'to pursue other opportunities,' the diocese said in a statement earlier this month."

Statement from the Office of the Former President
Palm Beach County, Florida —Today, the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, formally opened the Office of the Former President.
The Office will be responsible for managing President Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism.
President Trump will always and forever be a champion for the American People.
California doctor and the head of America’s Frontline Doctors, Dr. Simone Gold, was arrested Monday in connection with the Jan 6 Capitol debacle. She is reportedly facing charges of “entering a restricted building or grounds, violent entry and disorderly conduct.” She is expected to appear in court in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The unprecedented events since November’s election have left many Americans angry, bewildered and disenfranchised. Millions believe the vote was rigged and such strong sentiments do not bode well for future political bipartisanship.
In one breath the new president called for “unity and healing” and in another Joe Biden called Trump voters “domestic terrorists.” Moreover, nothing says “unity and healing” like the Democrat controlled House of Representatives conducting a second impeachment only days before a presidential inauguration.
Biden also said the events at the Capitol “do not reflect true America, do not represent who we are.” Since 1973, over 62 million lives of the most innocent among us were killed through abortion. We have codified into law that a women’s right to an abortion is greater than the unborn’s right to life. Riotous behavior is very much its cause and effect and the reflection it produces, like it or not, is indeed who we are.
Our founding documents profess “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Liberty, and the pursuit of anything, is impossible when your life is taken from you. In an ironic twist of presidential proportion, Biden’s inauguration is just two days before the 48th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion in Roe v. Wade.
Abortion has corrupted our entire political and judicial systems and its poisonous fruit continues to wreak havoc and liability across our fruited plain. Like the appalling Dred Scott decision in 1857 regarding slavery, Roe v. Wade deals with the very heart of what it means to be human. And in both decisions the Supreme Court got it terribly wrong.
Many Americans abandoned biblical morality decades ago and our political and judicial systems have followed suit by conceding to abortion, redefining marriage and gender that has nothing to do with the Constitution.

Under a Biden/Harris administration expect more of the same with the longstanding Hyde Amendment clearly in their crosshairs. Since 1976, the Hyde Amendment blocked federal tax dollars from paying for abortions.
Anyone is free to support abortion providers, but forcing those with the First Amendment protected freedom of religion to pay for something that is in direct violation of their faith was a bridge too far, even for Democrats. Tragically, this is no longer the case for Biden, a "practicing" Catholic who once supported the Hyde Amendment, or for the political party he leads.
Former Democrat congressman Dan Lipinski, who lost his March 2020 primary after serving for 16 years in Illinois’ Third Congressional District and was one of only two pro-life Democrats in the House, said his party would be committing a “terrible political mistake” by trying to enact taxpayer-funded abortion by repealing the Hyde Amendment. Once upon a time in America, Joe Biden was pro-life, but over the last generation, “pro-life and Democrat” became a definitive oxymoron. New House Appropriations chair Democrat Rosa DeLauro is advocating for Hyde’s repeal, and with new Vice President Kamala Harris being the deciding vote in the Senate, things remain most favorable.
Democrats claim to “follow the science” but as bestselling author, George Neumayr, writing in American Spectator underscored, Democrats “can stare at a sonogram of an unborn child and deny the child’s existence, while presenting the most conjectural climate change reports as ironclad fact.”
If Biden means business about being “a president for all Americans” and that includes those in their mother’s womb, he should leave the Hyde Amendment alone and tell the impeachers to stand down. On the eve of a presidential inauguration, impeachment only deepens the divide in an already intensely polarized nation.
Biden should heed a lesson from history when President Gerald Ford in 1974 pardoned his predecessor, Richard Nixon, which spared the nation a drawn-out trial over Watergate. In retrospect, the decision probably cost Ford the presidential election two years later, but history has looked favorably on Ford’s clemency that at that time was unpopular, but the right course of action. As president, one would think Biden would want to resolve any fraud about the electoral process and ballot manipulation to ensure honest future elections.
What’s needed is the political will to get it done.
It is called leadership and it’s Biden’s ball.

America’s oldest traditional Catholic newspaper condemns the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol which took place on January 6, 2021.
Michael J. Matt, editor of The Remnant--and host of the popular YouTube program, The Editor’s Desk—has issued a strong statement denouncing this crime as a violation of the laws of God and man.
In his statement, Mr. Matt—who has been a leading voice in the American traditional Catholic movement for thirty years—calls the insurrectionists “thugs posing as patriots”, who only did harm to the reputation of the conservative and pro-life movement in America.
The Remnant is calling upon Christian supporters of President Donald Trump to condemn this scandal without reservation and to call upon law enforcement—local, state and federal—to investigate those responsible and to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
Conservative Catholics stand for law and order and proudly defend America’s officers of law enforcement. We therefore denounce attacks on law and order of any and every kind, whether they come from the Left or the Right.
