Vatican Sex Abuse Summit in Rome

Vatican Sex Abuse Summit in Rome (0)

RTV Covers Vatican Sex Abuse Summit in Rome

Remnant TV was in Rome this past week covering the Vatican’s clerical sexual abuse summit on the “protection of minors”. It seemed a dismal assignment, to be sure, but the reason it was necessary for The Remnant to be in the Eternal City was so we could throw in with our traditional Catholic allies in Rome who’d organized an act of formal resistance to the Vatican sham summit.

Going in, we all knew that the ultimate goal of the summit was to establish child abuse—not rampant homosexuality in the priesthood—as the main cause of a crisis in the Catholic Church which now rivals that of the Protestant Revolt. (Remnant TV coverage of this event as well as the Vatican summit itself, can be found on The Remnant’s YouTube channel, and for your convenience is laid out below:

New from RTV...

Why does Michael Matt wear the Sacred Heart lapel pin on every episode of The Remnant Underground?

What is The Remnant's League of the Sacred Heart?

Why does every French flag on the Chartres Pilgrimage have the image of the Sacred Heart emblazoned on it?

New from Remnant TV...

Michael Matt makes up for the Easter break by presenting an extended play Underground that looks back at the long history of Big Brother’s lies that led to where we find ourselves today – living in a nightmare world that makes war on children and tells God to go to Hell.

Are you a long-time traditionalist trying to stay in the loop with all the latest Latin Mass-related drama?

Are you new to traditionalism and trying to catch up on your history of the movement since the 1970s?

Perhaps you’re not a Trad at all and are simply looking for fodder, excuse me, information to use in comment box arguments?

The World of Well-Behaved Women, Part 2
(Part 1 here)

The thought-provoking bumper sticker “Well-Behaved Women Seldom Make History” should be ripped from every car bumper on which it is displayed.

I mean it. In a previous piece, I explored what exactly “well-behaved” meant, and if a woman can be well-behaved and still make history.

We Are Not So Smart After All

By:

Bob Fu was born in Shandong Province, in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). His older siblings survived Chinese Communist Party (CCP)-caused famine. Bob, whose birth name is Xiqiu, was among the protestors in Tiananmen Square in 1989. Nevertheless, Fu was seriously considering joining the CCP, which is the path of upward mobility for many in China still.

“And if Christ be not risen again, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:14)

Brothers: Clear out the old yeast
so that you may be a new dough,
since you are unleavened.
For Christ our Passover has been sacrificed.

Therefore, let us feast: not with the old leaven,
nor with the ferment of malice and wickedness:
but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
I Cor 5: 7-8

The modern world is held hostage by lies. Everything that is theorized by the elite, affirmed by the Institutions, and propagandized by the media is a lie, a falsehood, and a deception.

I wish every reader of The Remnant a blessed Eastertide. This feast more than any other, serves to remind us that as dark as our predicament is today, it was still darker for the first Christians at the very birth of Christianity. The Feast of the Resurrection calls to mind that even as the Third Day was imminent then, when Christ hung from the Cross two thousand years ago, so too is the Third Day imminent for us. We just need to resolve to keep the Faith as they did, and to follow Magdalene from the Cross to the Tomb.

A Triduum Greeting to Remnant Readers

Vexilla regis prodeunt, fulget crucis mysterium: The insignia of the King advance, the Mystery of the Cross shines forth. These are the words of the hymn which we have sung during the moving liturgical celebration of Good Friday, when the Blessed Sacrament is carried from the Sepulcher to the altar for the Communion of the priest. And these same solemn words were adopted in 1793 as the hymn of the Vendéean Army during the heroic Catholic uprising against the French Revolution.

In this RTV Short, we offer a snapshot of old-world Christianity. It's Holy Week and this is still how it is celebrated in the streets of many cities in Spain. (Have no fear, my protestant friends, these Catholics are no more "worshipping statues" than we would be "worshipping floats" at a July 4th parade).

I offer this video as a touching example of what we've nearly lost, have not lost yet, and must see fully restored one day. The New World Order hates everything this represents, but they have nothing to replace or rival it.

Here is the Faith of Our Fathers in action, so powerful that Christians still take to the streets to manifest their love for Christ during this holiest week of the year.
