Pardon me, Biden?

In the interests of truth and justice, Biden’s questionable pardon moves, particularly the pardon relating to Hunter’s crimes, should be challenged as soon as possible, while the many embattled pro-lifers suffering under the current anti-life regime, should be set free.

After his erratic war-mongering moves threatening to further destabilize Eastern Europe and the Middle East, the aging commander-in-chief is apparently trying to play the “nice guy” at home, pardoning a record number of prisoners and offenders before the sun sets on his presidential term.

As journalist Mark Halperin aptly put it, Biden seems to be on a “Pardon Fiesta”.

For example, the Democrat leader commuted approximately 1,500 sentences and pardoned 39 people in the largest single-day act of clemency

Based on a report by USA Today, Biden claimed many of the 1,500 people whose sentences he was commuting “would receive lower sentences if charged under today's laws, policies and practices,” and that they have “successfully reintegrated into their families and communities and have shown that they deserve a second chance.”

Moreover, Biden added that the 39 people being pardoned have displayed “commitment to making their communities stronger and safer”.

Biden’s actions came in wake of his controversial pardon of his own son Hunter, despite pledges that he would not do so.

According to American law, a commutation eliminates or reduces a sentence while maintaining the conviction, whereas a pardon absolves a person from all legal ramifications of a felony.

Biden’s actions came in wake of his controversial pardon of his own son Hunter, despite pledges that he would not do so. Only about two out of 10 Americans were in favor of Biden’s pardon of Hunter, as per a report by Associated Press (AP). Notably, the incumbent US leader justified his move by alleging the charges in Hunter’s cases “came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election.”

(Having said that, since when were Biden and the Deep State cabal trustworthy?)

Stating the obvious, The Spectator’s Freddy Gray declared that the leftist “Joe Biden’s whole presidency has been built on untruths.” Gray went on:

“We were led to believe, for instance, that since 2021 the Commander-in-Chief has been fit and well enough to serve, when everybody could see that he was not. So the latest proof-of-dishonesty over the pardoning of Hunter Biden comes as no great surprise. Of course, Joe was going to grant clemency to his errant and only living son. He just pretended he wouldn’t all year for electoral reasons.”

Elaborating, Gray said:

“The maudlin love of the father used to dress up the presidential deceit. Joe and Jill repeatedly made out that, in contrast to Donald Trump, their respect for the justice system meant they wouldn’t use his presidential power to pardon Hunter. But now they have nothing to lose.

The ‘raw politics’ Biden is referring to is not just the Republican efforts to prosecute Hunter; rather Joe’s own politicking led him to stand aside as the wheels of justice ground against his son. It’s worth remembering that Hunter was initially let off with a judicial slap on the wrist. Then, as the Democratic-led lawfare campaign against Donald Trump started to backfire politically, the Department of Justice suddenly did charge Hunter over three felony counts relating to his purchase of a handgun in 2018.”

Unsurprisingly, Biden’s “full and unconditional” pardon of Hunter’s decade-long felonies sparked bipartisan reprisals and condemnations from criminal justice activists.

Furthermore, the New York Post cited US Oversight Chairman James Comer as stating that the now-abandoned charges against Hunter “were just the tip of the iceberg in the blatant corruption that President Biden and the Biden Crime Family have lied about to the American people.”

Unsurprisingly, Biden’s “full and unconditional” pardon of Hunter’s decade-long (2014 to 2024) felonies sparked bipartisan reprisals and condemnations from criminal justice activists who claimed others who were more deserving of such a “pardon” did not have the same family ties Hunter has, as per USA Today.

For instance, the New York Post slammed Biden as a “lame duck” for such a decision. Additionally, President-elect Donald Trump even penned the following on his Truth Social account:

“Does the Pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J-6 Hostages, who have now been imprisoned for years? Such an abuse and miscarriage of Justice!”

Yet in another seemingly overt display of magnanimity, (once again raising eyebrows among conservatives and his political critics), Biden has no plans (as of yet) to end his pardon spree.

“I will take more steps in the weeks ahead. My Administration will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice under the law, promote public safety, support rehabilitation and reentry, and provide meaningful second chances,” Biden declared, in remarks cited by Fox News.

Expect Biden to issue “preemptive pardons” of, among others, COVID  czar Anthony “Fraudulent” Fauci, as well as war hawk Liz Cheney, who spearheaded the January 6th committee, to shield these two troublemakers from potential prosecution once Trump assumes power in January and tries to clean up staff in the weaponized Department of Justice (DOJ) under Pam Bondi.

The hypocrisy surrounding Biden’s recent spree of pardons is nauseating, given that numerous innocent pro-lifers have been unjustly imprisoned for peaceful protests outside baby-killing clinics.

Note that America’s Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra under the current Biden regime also recently inked an extension of COVID-19 linked liability shields until 2029, giving COVID “vaccine” manufacturers further immunity from public calls to accountability and prosecution.

Even the liberal USA Today featured columnist Dace Potas as stating:

“...presidential pardons have historically been used to free someone against a specific charge, and they're intended to be used at a president's discretion to carry out justice when the system fails to do so. Because none of the potential targets of a Trump DOJ is being prosecuted yet, any pardon coming from Biden would need to be exceedingly broad.”

Potas added:

“What is being suggested in this case is a blanket pardon for all crimes that the Trump Justice Department may decide to prosecute. The unintended consequences of such a pardon, such as undiscovered heinous crimes that any one of these individuals might have committed, are far too severe to toy with.”

What is more, the hypocrisy surrounding Biden’s recent spree of pardons is nauseating, given that numerous innocent pro-lifers have been unjustly imprisoned (or awaiting sentences on federal charges slapped by Biden’s DOJ) for peaceful protests outside baby-killing clinics.

In the interests of truth and justice, Biden’s questionable pardon moves, particularly the pardon relating to Hunter’s crimes, should be challenged as soon as possible, while the many embattled pro-lifers suffering under the current anti-life regime, should be set free.
