The preachers of the Gospel are using their talents and energy to extend the Kingdom of Christ; but there are other preachers who, since they profess materialism and reject all hope of eternal happiness, are trying to drag men down to an abject condition.”

Attorney General Josh Kaul and Walworth County District Attorney Zeke Wiedenfeld today announced that defrocked former cardinal Theodore McCarrick, age 92, has been charged with one count of Fourth-Degree Sexual Assault for an incident that occurred in April of 1977.

The charge in this case stems from a report made to the Attorney General’s Clergy and Faith Leader Abuse initiative. The complaint alleges that McCarrick engaged in repeated sexual abuse of the victim over time, including the charged incident that involved the alleged fondling of the victim’s genitals while staying as a guest at a Geneva Lake residence.

I mean it. In a previous piece, I explored what exactly “well-behaved” meant, and if a woman can be well-behaved and still make history.

The modern world is held hostage by lies. Everything that is theorized by the elite, affirmed by the Institutions, and propagandized by the media is a lie, a falsehood, and a deception.

I wish every reader of The Remnant a blessed Eastertide. This feast more than any other, serves to remind us that as dark as our predicament is today, it was still darker for the first Christians at the very birth of Christianity. The Feast of the Resurrection calls to mind that even as the Third Day was imminent then, when Christ hung from the Cross two thousand years ago, so too is the Third Day imminent for us. We just need to resolve to keep the Faith as they did, and to follow Magdalene from the Cross to the Tomb.
