Here’s How YouTube Protects Your Kids

How’s this for Orwellian insanity? Last week, I received yet another fun message from our friends at YouTube:  "Hi TheRemnantVideo, We have reviewed your content and determined that it may not be suitable for viewers under the age of 18, per our Community Guidelines. As a result, we've age-restricted the following content: Video: NYPD COP: On Midterms, Mandates, Murders & Latin Mass."

Now, this was a 2022 interview of Sergeant James Hipple, a New York City veteran police officer who dared to speak out against the Covid mandates. Sergeant Hipple is a well-informed and faithful Catholic, by the way, and he will be speaking at this year's Catholic Identity Conference. Sign up here: Catholic Identity Conference - Home

But look at the message in blue beneath the description. For some reason known only to them, almost two years later, this video was age restricted by the Wokesters of YouTube:

Thankfully, you AND your kids can watch this great interview at Remnant TV.  So, pound sand, YouTube!

This is YouTube’s idea of protecting our kids: Don’t let them hear from good Catholic cops, but expose all the kiddies to men who like to dress up like women.

Now, the video below has no age restrictions at all, four years after it was posted:

Sometimes I wonder if anything is ever going to change if the good guys insist they cannot get along without these evil platforms. Here at The Remnant, we’ve been making the move. Thanks to you, we built an independent platform,, where all of our videos are posted first and unedited.

I’m very grateful to the tens of thousands of you who have made the switch to Remnant TV, but we’ve still got a long way to go. Especially in this election year, when the free-speech crackdown is again in full swing – I need you to help me spread the word: Remnant TV’s home is

To that end, please sign up for my e-letter The Remnant Newspaper - Free Remnant Updates – which is the only way our team can let more people know when we post new content. We’re already operating independently of YouTube, but I need your help in convincing our 270,000 YouTube subscribers to make the switch. I can’t do this without you. So let’s tell YouTube once and for all that THEY violate OUR community standards, and Christian Americans have had enough!
