New (synodal?) Pilgrimages

I participated to the regional pilgrimage in Brittany (West of France), over the last week-end of September. It's a 2-day walk leading to the Saint-Anne d'Auray shrine. Of course, traditional Mass etc. It's called 'Feiz é Breizh' (Faith and Brittany in Breton language).

This was the 7th edition, over 2000 pilgrims and 30 priests! Here is the summary video (in French and...in Breton language !)

And, the week after, 1st edition of the new traditional pilgrimage in Provence and...2000 pilgrims for this first one ! Incredible. Organised by our local teams, under their own label: Nosto Fe (in Provence dialect : Our faith)

Amazing to see the number of creations. Also, same week-end as the Provence one, first traditional pilgrimage, in Switzerland, organised by Swiss participants to the Chartres one, which have decided to 'copy' us and set-up a now entity, Notre-Dame de la Foi.

Synod means walking together. Aren't we the most synodal, at the end of the day?!!

In Xto,

Former Director of the Chartres Pilgrimage
