Please Pray for Fr. Calvin Goodwin, FSSP

The Saint Benedict Center has announced that the Rev. Father Calvin Goodwin, a cleric of the Fraternity of Saint Peter, is in poor health and may die very soon. Father Goodwin suffered a severe hemorrhagic stroke on Wednesday, October 12, and that he has taken a downturn after a period of some stability.  Please pray for this wonderful Catholic priest.

He is the author of Christian Fables, Legends of Christmas and Gods of Wasteland (Fifty Years of Rock ‘n’ Roll) and regularly delivers addresses and conferences to Catholic groups about the Mass, home-schooling, and the culture question. Together with his wife, Carol Lynn and their seven children, Mr. Matt currently resides in St. Paul, Minnesota.
