Prayers and Support Needed for a Growing Order of Benedictine Nuns

The Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles in northwestern Missouri have begun construction of a new monastery for 50 nuns from the ground up in southern Missouri, outside the town of Ava, which is nestled in the Ozark Highlands. As the National Shrine for Mothers in Laurie, Missouri, has no counterpart, they are also building a Fathers’ Shrine, where spiritual and physical fathers can be memorialized and remembered in prayer. They are in the midst of a substantial fundraising campaign, driven by faith, to procure the necessary funds to meet the steep monthly bills. Please support generously this worthy endeavor to support these traditional nuns, whose many yearly vocations have created the happy problem of being completely out of room!

Please see their new website if you are interested in supporting the Sisters.
