PART II
(Read Part I here)

coronavirus fearBehind their feigned concern for containing the virus, stopping the spread, saving lives, lies another paradigm, a lethal distortion of all that is true and good.

IT IS MAY, Mary’s month, the month of flowers. Violets poke through the grass, and the tulips are in bloom. A ribbon of bright daffodils—planted in preparation for a golf tournament that will not happen this year--line Woodward Avenue at the border of Palmer Woods.  I think of Wordsworth’s poem as I pass by them.

The poet was wandering “lonely as a cloud,” an apt simile for those who see the lies and subterfuge engulfing the country during this synthetic crisis, those who weep at what is happening, and who fear it will not end well.  But as he walked, the poet saw a “crowd, a host, of golden daffodils.” His heart lifted at the sight, and Wordsworth ends the poem, not with loneliness, but in a “pensive mood,” and

Then my heart with pleasure fills
And dances with the daffodils.

Can we not in these strange times--shut in, cut off, frightened, ordered about—in our “inward eye, which is the bliss of solitude” still dance? I say we can, we must. Wordsworth’s soul is lifted at natural beauty, yet we have that and so much more: the indescribable Beauty of God revealed to us as children of the Most High. He has told us so.

And I will receive you.
And will be a Father to you:
and you shall be my sons and daughters,
saith the Lord Almighty
.[1]

We belong to another Kingdom and this is the month of Our Queen. We cannot succumb to the planned flattening of our spirits, the dulling of our minds, the murder of our faith.

That’s what they plan you know, those in high places, those who serve a different master. Behind their feigned concern for containing the virus, stopping the spread, saving lives, lies another paradigm, a lethal distortion of all that is true and good. In their thoughts and concepts, their theories and postulates, their studies and statistics, they plan to remake human nature. Seriously. They think they can do it.potts quote 1

People can be caught off-guard by their high-sounding theories and technological prowess. But watch out, their teachings are death to the soul. These lords of the world are a new breed of heathen. They are spiritualized atheists, thrilled with the prospect of a deified humanity.

The foundation of their belief system, the rock on which their novus ordo universum is built, is godless evolution, both material and spiritual. Salivating at the thought, they insist that this meta-evolution will bring about the transcendence of man into another order. Divinized, immortal, cosmic Universal Man, heart of the universe. God has no place in it. Man is the apogee of evolution, the pinnacle of consciousness, poised to claim his exalted place in the apotheosis of the cosmos. It is the end of the human era.

This whole thing is preposterous. The architects of the new paradigm are brilliant fools. Their arrogance, intellectual pride, and disdain are beyond belief. Yet I have to admit, it’s not really new; it’s been brewing awhile. They’ve pretty much succeeded in imposing a global novus ordo seculorum. And now, with the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity,[2]we’re seeing the consummation of a novus ordo religio. What’s next? A novus ordo hominum?

Exactly. That’s what they want. They believe we are on the cusp of the posthuman age. There can be no stopping now.

Philosophers, scientists, politicians, theologians—all the “experts” of the modern world have begun to implement something deeper and more dreadful than anything mankind has ever known. They have unmasked the Mystery of Iniquity. What we are seeing is the manifestation of a preternatural intellect, the revelation of the mind of Satan. It is his thinking, his purpose, his plans for dominion that underlie the false teaching of this sad age. With foul breath, he whispers the fiendish lie, You shall not die the death.

Ye shall be as gods, he tells them. [3]  And they believe it.potts 2

But we must not. Their teachings mean death to the soul. We must turn our backs on them and renounce their god. What concord hath Christ with Belial? St. Paul asks. Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever?[4]

We are in terrible danger. The boundaries have broken; the walls have been breached. They have called down upon us the wrath of God. And He will not be mocked. Dominus a dextris tuis; confregit in die iræ suæ reges.[5] Cry to Heaven with every ounce of your strength: Our Lady Help of Christians, save us! Because without divine intervention, these people will not be stopped.

A coalescence of discrete intellectual movements is emerging, moving toward the fulfillment of their dreams and aspirations: the end of the human era. Relying heavily on mind-boggling technology, they blend a septic theology and engineered biology in an unholy Petri dish. The cells are cultured, and a hideous new thing begins to grow.  This monster of hi-tech transcendence has three heads: Transhumanism, Singularity, and the Omega Point.

Most Catholics have heard of Teilhard de Chardin’s “Omega Point,” but fewer are aware of its synergistic convergence with transhumanism and singularity. I won’t go into a great deal of detail. A few words of identification are all I can bear to write. In brief:

  • Transhumanism

The belief or theory that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations by means of science and technology.[6]  The term was coined in an essay by Sir Julian Huxley in New Bottles for New Wine.[7] Although the philosophy has psychological, social, and spiritual components, transhumanists work to use technology to “greatly enhance human intellect and physiology.”[8] They seek to transform the human condition.

They generally do not believe that human nature is immutable. They think that with technological advances, they can alter human personality, enhance intelligence, eliminate poverty and disease. Some assert that life can be extended, perhaps infinitely, by transferring human consciousness to a machine (supercomputer).  An enflamed Huxley rhapsodizes: “As a result of a thousand million years of evolution, the universe is becoming conscious of itself.” It will at last fulfill its destiny

  • Singularity

Singularity coalesces with transhumanism. Often referred to as The Singularity, it is the point at which there is an explosion of the intellect (due to technological advances). This collective burst will result in an evolutionary leap forward. A super intelligence that far surpasses present human capability will emerge.

The term was popularized by Vernor Vinge in his 1993 essay, “The Coming Technological Singularity.” He wrote that The Singularity would signal the end of the human era. The new superintelligence would continue to upgrade itself and would advance technologically at an incomprehensible rate. He targeted a dateline. He wrote that he would be surprised if it occurred before 2005 or after 2030.[9]

  • Omega Point

Both transhumanism and singularity join in the rush toward the Omega Point. Just beyond the horizon, Teilhardians see the cosmological singularity, the final point of divine unification. In their rootless eschatology, they believe that everything in the universe is  soaring towards a final point of divine unification. Everything is connected. Everything is evolving.[10] Together.

All this is absolutely unprecedented. It is far worse than modernism or post-modernism. This triple-headed philosophy of Hell cannot be corrected or re-interpreted. The whole thing has to be rejected out of hand, vomited out of our mouths. This fairy-tale schema does not merely deceive like modernism, cloaking pernicious ideas under a thin veneer of truth. No, there is no truth in it to find, no good to cherish.

The aspirants of this deadly creed seek one thing: the transcendence of man into another order. Deified, immortal, cosmic Universal Man, heart of the universe. God has no place in it. Man is the apogee of evolution, the pinnacle of consciousness, poised to claim his exalted place in the apotheosis of the cosmos.

A pandemic of the spirit, birthed in a duplicitous mulch of lies, is spreading across the world. And we Catholics are not immune. Mask or no mask, we’ve been breathing this fetid air for sixty years. Infection is rampant. The doyens of the technocracy actually think they have found a way to eradicate death. If they just push a little further, they will accomplish their goal. Man will become god.

But before their plan can be fully implemented, all resistance must be destroyed. Tantalized by technology, mesmerized by fantasies, they must be made fit for transformation.

Totalitarianism serves their purposes; a collectivity must be formed. Everyone must be united. Those who will not comply must be marginalized and then eliminated. No one will be allowed to thwart the forward thrust to divinity.

The groundwork has been laid.  First it was necessary to reinterpret and reject divine revelation. The next step was to tear the natural law to shreds. That’s done. The field is plowed; the new seed can be sown.

The Luciferian draftsmen know how to make us ready for this revolution of the mind. They must make people forget what they were. Each one must become a tabula rasa ready for inscription by the engineers of the New Order of Being. As they learned after 9-11, the best way to gain acceptance of radical change is through terror.

COVID-19 is the perfect vehicle. It will spread, not the virus, but fear. Fear of the unknown. Fear of each other. Fear to speak. Fear to think. And, ultimately, fear of death.

Symbols that speak of death and mourning are brought out by those who would make us afraid and ready to be converted. Voices reminiscent of Tokyo Rose interrupt radio programming: Stay home. Stay sane. Stay safe. Do not venture out. You may die. Signs on the expressway command: Roll up your windows. You must be reminded: Wear your mask! Save lives. It doesn’t matter that you can’t breathe with the thing, or that there is too high a concentration of carbon dioxide in your blood. You might get dizzy or faint, but no matter. You may be a carrier. The virus is everywhere.

The manipulation intensifies. Flags are at half-mast in Michigan, by order of the governor, and the Blue Angels will fly over the state today—not in honor of the Queen of Angels, but in homage to the Saints of the Virus, the “frontline workers.” As if they’re in the trenches! As if this is war. As if millions of people have been killed in battle.

That’s how it works.potts 3

They’ve foisted a substitute reality on us. Our perceptions have been changed. In psychology, it’s called an as if personality disorder. In the midst of this waning epidemic, much of our country remains in the grip of a collective psychopathology. People are suffering a mental disconnect. Nothing is seen as what it actually is. The truth is obscured. Reality is clouded. The distortion is accepted as real, because it has been imposed from above. In that sense it is both iatrogenic and schizophrenic. In simple terms, that means the teachers are telling us lies; the doctors are making us all crazy.

We’ve been pushed to change into something we’re not. We’ve been put to sleep with platitudes, shallow teaching, and unlawful compromise. They’ve got detour signs all over the road to Heaven.

The disorder is everywhere. The whole world is going stark raving mad. This god of theirs is worse than Pachamama. Where are the watchmen? Gone. Asleep. The candle got snuffed out, and the gate was opened; the Prince of Darkness has seized the day.

Time is short. You know what to do. Take the mask off your intellect and refuse their poison. Close your ears to their lies. “Wherefore,” says St. Paul, “Go out from among them and be ye separate.”[11]

Hold fast to the Truth. Treasure the Faith and gather the flowers of May.

Catherine Emmerich once said that in those days there will be few Christians left in the old acceptation of the word. Pray God you may be one of them.
