The First Vatican Council’s decree on Faith sets forth the basis for our believing all the truths which the Catholic Church teaches:

“Since human beings are totally dependent on God as their Creator and Lord, and created reason is completely subject to uncreated truth, we are obliged to yield to God the Revealer full submission of intellect and will by faith. This faith, which is the beginning of human salvation, the Catholic Church professes to be a supernatural virtue, by means of which, with the grace of God inspiring and assisting us, we believe to be true what He has revealed, not because we perceive its intrinsic truth by the natural light of reason, but because of the authority of God Himself, Who makes the revelation and can neither deceive nor be deceived.”

President Joe Biden does not have a reputation as a “truth-teller.”  Mr. Biden said the armed forces generals all told him to pull out of Afghanistan without leaving a small force.  Under oath in testifying to Congress the top generals contradicted the President.   Mr. Biden didn’t really visit the border, as he claimed in a recent town hall.  He only drove by.  It’s been proven he did not visit the Tree of Life synagogue after the massacre as he claimed.  Newsweek magazine calls it “tortured logic” that allows Joe Biden to claim that his plan $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” bill will “Cost Zero Dollars.”    The Washington Post has even given up on fact-checking President Biden.

In order for the confection of the Holy Eucharist to be valid, there must be proper matter, proper form, and proper intent. (The priest must also be properly ordained.) Many Catholics may be surprised to learn that it is far from guaranteed that all, or even any, of these requirements will be met at a given Novus Ordo Mass.

For example, “proper matter” refers to the bread, wine, and water used to confect the Holy Eucharist. Canon 924 provides that the bread must be made of wheat. Canon 926 provides that the bread must be unleavened. Canon 927 forbids consecrating just one species without the other.  Canon 924 also provides that the wine must be natural and unspoiled.

Big Nov. 2^nd wins for pro-life, pro-God, and pro-American politicians. What does it mean for 2022? Michael Matt is cautiously optimistic, now that Biden has left globalism banged up and bruised at the polls. 

Plus, what do Elon Musk, Bill Maher, and Greta Thunberg have in common? They’re all fed-up Leftist influencers, who are obviously not going to go down with the USS Biden. Are the wheels coming off The Great Reset even before liftoff? 

As Michael Matt described in a recent Remnant TV video, Francis has now decided that even Our Lord’s Good Samaritan parable can be distorted to advance the globalist agenda:

“Do you know what comes to mind now when, together with popular movements, I think of the Good Samaritan? Do you know what comes to mind? The protests over the death of George Floyd. It is clear that this type of reaction against social, racial or macho injustice can be manipulated or exploited by political machinations or whatever, but the main thing is that, in that protest against this death, there was the Collective Samaritan who is no fool!” (October 16 video message)

Reading this we may forget that the Good Samaritan helps a wounded man rather than terrorizing everyone who has even the slightest superficial resemblance to the robbers. Setting that aside, what are the wounds to be healed by these so-called Good Samaritans? For Francis, decency, common sense, and traditional beliefs are among the “wounds” that must be “healed” before his globalist friends can radically reshape the world. His version of the Good Samaritan heals by destroying.

Men like Francis continually push the boundaries of offenses they can commit against God.

At the Catholic Identity Conference 2021, Dr. Peter Kwasniewski dropped a bombshell on the pious but wrongheaded belief that Catholics owe blind obedience to the pope, even when his commands are evil or unjust.

On the occasion of the October 29 visit to the Vatican, the press agencies^[1] have spread the news that Joe Biden reported the content of the meeting and said that Francis called him “a good Catholic,” inviting him to “continue to receive Communion.” It is disconcerting that, to date, no clarifying comment has come from the Vatican Press Office. This leaves us to presume that Joe Biden’s words correspond to the truth and that Bergoglio actually spoke them.
