Editor, The Remnant: there will be a Solemn Pontifical Mass at the high altar of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC on Saturday, April 24, at 1 PM, offered by Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos. A historic event, since the high altar has not had such a Mass, it is believed, since the N.O. was established!
